Job Description

1. Study the Architectural and structural drawings and segregate the drawings stage wise.

2. Calculate the detailed measurement for taking the quantity item wise.

3. Preparing the quantity stage wise (Substructure, super structure, finishing works, external works, etc-).

4. Preparing rate analysis for estimation (Labor, Material, Machinery, Tools, etc-).

5. Updating the material price as per market rate.

6. Preparing detailed estimate from initial drawings for budgeting.

7. Updating the detailed estimate as per GFC and revised drawings.

8. Preparing the list of materials for purchasing (Steel, aggregate, Cement, masonry blocks, etc-).

9. Updating the purchased material and preparing comparison with estimate and purchase.

10. Coordinating with site for updating the received material and balance material.

11. Preparing reconciliation for the project monthly.

12.



Taking monthly progress of ongoing projects.

13. Preparing quantities for work order.

14. Keeping files for estimation and updating the price.

15. Comparing received material from site and office, while site visit.

16. Preparing and the detailed quantity for reconciliation (Material, Labor, Machinery, etc) and reporting to the management any dispute.

17. Coordinate with site and purchase department for reconciling the material stage wise.

18. Preparing reconciliation report monthly against the estimate and actual work done at site.

Minimum 4 year experience preferd.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
