NNM Group is looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities-

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

Track employee attendance, leave records, and HR data.

Assist with onboarding and exit formalities.

Prepare HR-related documents and reports.

Support payroll, reimbursement records, and employee database management.

Coordinate employee engagement activities,



training sessions, and company events.

Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements and Skils-

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and work effectively in a team environment.

Paid Internship

Duration: Minimum 6 Months
