Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced BMS Engineer with strong expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) for Data Center projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting BMS systems, along with good knowledge of AutoCAD for preparing technical drawings and layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Design, develop, and implement BMS solutions for Data Center infrastructure.

Ø Handle integration of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, UPS, DG, Chiller, and other utility systems with BMS.

Ø Prepare and review BMS architecture drawings, control schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD.

Ø Monitor and optimize Data Center environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, airflow, and energy efficiency.

Ø Coordinate with MEP, electrical, and project teams during execution.

Ø Perform site surveys, installation supervision, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems.

Ø Troubleshoot system faults, alarms, and communication issues (BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, etc.).





Ø Ensure project execution as per client requirements, technical specifications, and timelines.

Ø Prepare technical documentation, reports, SOPs, and handover documents.

Ø Support AMC/service activities and system upgrades when required.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)/Commercial/Residential building

Experience in Data Center projects is mandatory.

Hands-on knowledge of communication protocols:

Modbus

SNMP

TCP/IP

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Knowledge of HVAC controls, electrical systems, and automation logic.

Positive understanding of sensors, controllers, PLC, and SCADA integration.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering/Mechanical /Computer Engineering.

Preferred:

- Experience with BMS platforms like:
- Honeywell
- Siemens
- Schneider Electric
- Johnson Controls
- SI Contractor

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
