- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions to meet unique business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to commerce applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce with other systems.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical.

- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
