Senior English Communication & Language Trainer (K–12 | LMS)

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced English Communication & Language Trainer for Grades 6–12 across

classroom, online, LMS, recorded video, and hybrid learning environments.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Student Development

- Teach Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading, Writing, Spoken English, Public Speaking,

Functional English, Communication & Presentation Skills.

- Build pronunciation, fluency, listening, confidence and critical thinking.
- Conduct interactive sessions using activities, discussions, role plays and storytelling.

Curriculum & Lesson Planning

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments and learning resources.
- Align with NEP 2020, NCF 2023, NCERT, CBSE and international ELT practices

(CEFR/Cambridge/TESOL awareness preferred).

Digital Learning & Content

- Manage LMS, quizzes, assignments and learner progress.
- Record professional educational videos for LMS and YouTube.

Assessment & Support

- Conduct assessments and provide personalised coaching.
- Track learner progress and outcomes.

Collaboration

- Share progress with parents and academic teams.
- Support curriculum and school improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Master's Degree in English (Preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in English or related field
- 8–10+ years teaching Grades 6–12
- Excellent spoken and written English




- B.Ed./TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA/Cambridge/IELTS certifications preferred
