Job Description:

Rathi Build Mart is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate will be responsible for handling invoices, maintaining accounts, coordinating with vendors and clients for payments, and supporting smooth financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger postings, and reconciliationsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsHandle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processesPerform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flowEnsure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policiesPrepare and file GST/VAT, TDS, income tax, or other applicable tax returnsAssist in budgeting, forecasting,



and financial planningCoordinate with auditors for internal and external auditsMaintain accurate financial documentation and recordsSupport payroll processing and statutory paymentsAnalyze financial data and provide insights to management

Requirements & Qualifications

3–7 years of relevant accounting experienceStrong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,511.83 - ₹22,000.00 per month
