Requirements

 Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.  Experience: Minimum of 10 years in operations and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the food or FMCG industry.



 Solid leadership and team management abilities.  Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.  In-depth knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and cold chain operations.  Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information, instructions, and feedback to team members.  Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
