Job Summary

AA Hospitality LLP is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Head to lead and oversee end-to-end operations across our chain of restaurants. The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years of proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in driving operational excellence, profitability, guest satisfaction, people management, and business expansion.

The Operations Head will be responsible for ensuring consistent operational standards, improving business performance, implementing best practices, and leading multi-unit restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's vision and growth plans.
- Lead and manage multi-unit restaurant operations across all locations.
- Drive operational excellence while ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and guest experience.
- Support new restaurant openings, business expansion, and operational scalability.

Operations Management

- Monitor daily operations across all outlets.




- Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Improve operational efficiency through continuous process improvements.
- Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Operations, Kitchen, HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and Maintenance departments.

Vendor & Procurement Management

- Collaborate with Procurement to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Optimize vendor performance and procurement costs.
- Monitor inventory controls and stock management.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from premium hospitality brands, hotel chains, casual dining, fine dining, QSR, cloud

kitchens, or multi-unit restaurant operations will be preferred.

Reporting To

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
