Minimum Qualification : Graduate in Civil Engineering
Total Skilled Experience : Minimum 20 years
Experience in Highway projects : Minimum 15 years
Experience in Similar Capacity : As Team Leader in at least 2 Eligible Road Projects.
Responsibilities : His responsibilities will be overall project management, reporting to the Principal Client, Review the detailed engineering design, including all drawings, specifications and supporting calculations and documentation for the project. He will be administering the Civil Works Contract (Contract) and advice the Employer on all matters concerning implementation of the Contract including but not limited to – the progress of civil works and issues arising, certification of the work, variations to the Works and the Employer's contract, the settlement of disputes and, arbitration or litigation if required. He will also Monitor, inspect and certify the temporary and permanent Works ensuring that they are constructed in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, including the approved Quality Assurance Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Environmental Management Plan and Method Statements.
