The role involves driving business through branch banking channels, acquiring new customers, managing relationships, promoting financial products, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate business through branch referrals and customer interactions.

* Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships.

* Promote and sell banking and financial products.

* Identify customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.

* Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

* Conduct customer meetings, follow-ups, and business conversions.

* Work closely with branch teams to maximize business opportunities.

* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.





* Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Investments, CASA, Liabilities, or BFSI Sales.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

* Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.

Compensation
