We're looking for a curious, analytical, and creative Marketing Executive who enjoys research, digital marketing, branding, and helping build a global B2B business.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to contribute to strategy—not just execute marketing tasks.

Your Responsibilities

Website & Content

- Redesign and continuously improve our company website.
- Create engaging website content and FAQs.
- Improve SEO and user experience.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

- Plan and create regular content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Design creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Publish factory updates, product stories, industry insights, and customer-focused content.
- Monitor engagement and marketing performance.

Market Research & Database Development

Build and maintain a comprehensive database of:

- Baby Carrier Brands
- Baby Product Brands
- Retailers & Distributors
- Importers and Buying Houses

Research and collect:

- Company profiles
- Sales potential
- Decision makers
- LinkedIn profiles
- Email addresses
- Contact information
- Market opportunities

Customer Value Mapping

Develop customer value propositions for different customer segments by understanding:

- Customer Jobs (What they are trying to achieve)
- Customer Pain Points (Challenges and frustrations)
- Customer Gains (Desired outcomes)
- How TOGS EXPORTS can solve their problems and create value

Translate these insights into:

- Sales messages
- Website content
- Marketing campaigns
- Product positioning
- Customer presentations

Marketing Materials

Prepare and update:

- Product Catalogues




- Company Profile
- Sales Presentations
- Product Flyers
- Technical Datasheets
- Marketing Brochures

Lead Generation Support

- Identify potential customers globally.
- Build prospect databases.
- Support LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
- Assist the sales team with qualified leads.

Competitor & Industry Research

Track:

- Competitor products
- Market trends
- New product launches
- Marketing strategies
- Industry developments

Prepare monthly market intelligence reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Research.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Canva, WordPress, LinkedIn, and AI tools (ChatGPT) is an added advantage.
