Role Overview

We are seeking committed psychologists to associate with GB Clarity Advisory through an independent 50:50 revenue-sharing arrangement.

The selected psychologist will be expected to develop professional relationships, generate genuine client enquiries and participate in the delivery of career or relationship clarity services, depending on the client’s requirements and the psychologist’s area of interest.

This is not a fixed-salary employment position. The working schedule, availability and client assignments will be mutually agreed upon.

Responsibilities

- Develop professional relationships with students, parents, couples, schools, educational institutions and other relevant networks.
- Generate client enquiries through ethical outreach, referrals and professional networking.
- Participate in collaborative career counselling and assessment-explanation sessions.
- Assist clients in understanding psychometric or relationship assessment reports.
- Support students with career exploration, subject selection and educational planning.
- Facilitate structured conversations around relationship expectations and compatibility dimensions.
- Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality and accurate client communication.
- Represent GB Clarity Advisory professionally and ethically.




- Work only within the scope of their qualifications, competence and applicable professional standards.

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology.
- Freshers and experienced psychologists may apply.
- Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, professionalism and responsible judgement.
- Interest in career guidance, relationship education or assessment-based client support.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Compensation

This opportunity operates on a 50:50 revenue-sharing basis.

Revenue received from eligible clients introduced and jointly served by the psychologist will be shared equally between the psychologist and GB Clarity Advisory, subject to the terms of the written engagement agreement.

There is no fixed salary, and earnings will depend on the number of clients acquired and services successfully delivered.

Important Professional Scope

The role is limited to career guidance, educational counselling, relationship education, compatibility assessment explanation and structured client support.

It does not involve clinical diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, matchmaking or any guarantee regarding career or relationship outcomes.
