We're Hiring | Accounts Executive | Indore

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with a background in the Trading/ Manufaturing/Import export/logistics/Accounting or CA Firms/Oil & Gas industry to join a growing organization based in Indore.

Location: Indore

Experience: 4–5 Years

Preferred Industry: Trading / Oil & Gas/Manufacturing/Logistics/Import Export

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support team management

Finalization of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts

Manage bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations

Supervise invoicing, debit/credit notes, and vendor payments

Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis using Advanced Excel





Ensure accurate accounting entries and financial records in Tally Prime

Coordinate with auditors and management for financial planning, compliance, and reporting

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting

Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and Advanced Excel

Valuable understanding of statutory compliance and reconciliations

Excellent analytical and organizational skills
