Job Description: Medivision, the leading chain of labs in South India, is actively seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee and develop sales in the Thrissur region. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Area Sales Manager in the Pharma/Diagnostic industry. The candidate should be based in Thrissur.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Thrissur area.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and other potential partners.
Recruit, Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and maximize productivity.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional campaigns.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager in the Pharma/Diagnostic industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Location: Thrissur, Kerala
