Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Business Analyst (Pre-Sales) with experience in IT services. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, sales, and technical teams to gather requirements, prepare proposals, define solutions, and support successful project initiation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales discussions, discovery calls, and client meetings.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, SOWs, proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution feasibility and effort estimation.
- Conduct market, competitor, and technology research to recommend suitable digital solutions.
- ​Support client presentations, demos, and project handovers.

Required Skills:

- 3–6 years of BA experience in an IT services/software company.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in pre-sales, proposal writing, and client communication.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio/Lucidchart, Miro,



or similar tools.
- Familiarity with web, mobile, SaaS, cloud, AI, and digital transformation projects.
- Experience using AI productivity and research tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity AI, or similar for documentation, research, requirement analysis, and proposal support.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Applications, or related field.
- Experience working with international clients preferred.
- ​Understanding of AI/automation, cloud technologies, APIs, and GenAI-based applications is an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
