You will work closely with the HR team to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR operations, helping build a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Assist in organizing training, workshops, and employee engagement programs.
- Help manage performance appraisal processes and documentation.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support HR reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025 (BBA, MBA HR, BA, B.Com, or related fields).
- Strong understanding of HR concepts and basic labor laws.




- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Enthusiasm for learning and working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Internship experience in HR, recruitment, or employee engagement.
- Knowledge of HRMS tools or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Basic understanding of payroll and benefits administration.
- Exposure to HR analytics and reporting.
