A Communicative English Trainer should comply as follows:

To design and deliver training programs focused on developing Students' communication skills.

To conduct needs assessments to understand Students' proficiency levels and tailor lessons accordingly.

The core responsibility includes teaching grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and real-world language application.

To facilitate interactive sessions such as role plays, group discussions, debates, and presentations to build confidence and competence.

To train Students' in qualified communication skills, including business writing, email etiquette, interview preparation, and corporate presentations.

To do Regular assessment, progress tracking, and constructive feedback form a critical part of their role.

To develop and update engaging course materials, incorporating technology and multimedia tools to enhance learning outcomes.

To manage diverse learner groups,



fostering an inclusive classroom environment, and motivating low-confidence learners are key interpersonal responsibilities.

To coordinate with academic or corporate stakeholders, maintain training records, and submit progress reports as required.

To Continuous professional development through certifications, workshops, and updated teaching methodologies keeps them effective and industry-relevant.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
