Career Counsellor (Pre-Sales - Human Performance Coaching)

Purpose of the Role:

We are looking to hire a resource who will own the first-level interaction with leads generated for the Human Performance Coaching (HPC) Program. The primary objective is to qualify candidates before the strategy session/webinar, improve attendance, and maximize conversions. Candidates who do not enroll should be nurtured and guided toward other relevant Vieroots products and services. Human Performance Coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Webinar

- Conduct the first round of calls with all registered leads.

- Understand the lead's profile, career aspirations, and interest in Human Performance Coaching.

- Qualify leads based on predefined eligibility criteria.

- Provide career counselling and explain the value of the HPC program.

- Schedule and confirm strategy session/webinar participation.

- Ensure high webinar attendance through timely follow-ups and reminders.

Post-Webinar

- Follow up with all webinar attendees.

- Counsel interested candidates and support the enrollment process.

- Re-engage candidates who do not enroll in the HPC program.

- Identify their health and wellness needs and recommend appropriate Vieroots offerings such as:

- Genetic Testing

- Gut Microbiome Testing





- Personalized Health Programs

- Supplements and other wellness solutions

- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve overall lead conversion and customer lifetime value.

Preferred Candidate Profile/Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in academic counselling, career counselling, pre-sales, inside sales, customer success, healthcare, or wellness consulting.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).

- Solid counselling, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, CRM updates, and achieving conversion targets.

- Interest in preventive healthcare, nutrition, and wellness is preferred.

- Post-webinar follow-up completion

- Cross-selling conversion to Vieroots products and services

- CRM accuracy and timely lead updates
