Job Description

Plan and coordinate testing activities, thoroughly identifying and documenting bugs. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. Collaborate with QA and Engineering on introducing and modifying testing processes. Educate other team members regarding effective ways of testing and raise issues to the development team through proper channels. Prepare detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. Use recent-age software and tools to automate the testing process and maintain relevant knowledge about recent testing tools and test strategies. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
