Job Purpose

To coordinate production planning, full kitting, packing, and dispatch activities across all departments, ensuring customer orders are completed and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor order progress from production to dispatch.
- Coordinate full kitting of all items required for each order.
- Follow up with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Packing teams to transparent pending activities.
- Ensure packing is completed as per dispatch schedule and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Dispatch and Logistics for timely vehicle loading and dispatch.
- Maintain daily order status, kitting, packing, and dispatch reports in ERP/Excel.
- Escalate material shortages and production delays to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualification

- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in PPC, Planning, Packing, or Dispatch Coordination.

Pay: ₹16,025.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
