Skills Required:

Hardware and Network:

- Understand issues from a user perspective and isolate issues.
- Decode the error/alarm status, understand the failed unit/device, and support hands and feet in resolution through robust Hardware and Network:king troubleshooting techniques. VPN
- Manage VPN Client Groups. Manage exception requests to Groups and access as per guidelines.

Configuration:

- Standard SSL and IPSEC
- Modify access-list.

Troubleshoot: - Access-Control issues and all escalated cases from Level 1 Proxy

Configure:

- Content filtering (Black and Whitelisting) of URLs under respective categorizations.
- User Group integration with Access Policies




- Pull reports on intrusion and detect in the proxy level.
- Capture and Evaluate TCP Dumps/ Wireshark on escalated incidents.
- Define Reverse and Forward Proxy.

Firewall:

- Initial Configuration of the firewall as per standard rule set (permit and deny rules).
- Basic routing: Static routing.
- Perform Health Checks: failover testing/ HA d. NAT (Static, Dynamic and PAT)
- NAT configuration and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot firewall-related access issues and understand filter logs.
- Load Balancing Troubleshoot LB issues, reading the various counters and logs that are available in the tool,
- Configure: Nodes and members, virtual Servers, Load balancing method to be used as per instruction.
