Job Description:

Role – Product Management
Executive

Experience : 1 YR - 3
YRS in Product Management

Qualification : BVSc / MVSc
Location : Chennai

Note –

- Willingness to travel PAN India (20 days approx. in a month)

- Hindi communication is Mandatory

Responsibility -

- Brand Management and developing marketing strategies to build Brand / Product

- Responsible for recent product launching in different areas & its business achievement

- Planning and Design promotional material / tools to support the sales / marketing

objectives with cost effectiveness.
- Develop strategy and appropriate media plans to periodically review the success Of the

inputs.




- Joint field work with the field staff to develop the territories and to understand

the market dynamics and demand, identifying market opportunities for brand
building.

- Handling Doctor Interaction/ CMEs, cycle meeting, field working for 15days/month Monitor

campaigns for sales promotion & feedback as well review Train, motivate and
guide the field force to ensure the continuous growth of the brand while taking
class room training and on job training Sending regular motivational circulars
to the field staff & business partners.

- Coordinate with Distribution department for allocation of products.

- Brand month on month business progress and customer base must be online of company

target.
