With good communication skills in English, Hindi, Computer basics / DM knowledge

Exposure to grow business of IT Company with Franchise/Networking eco-system, Dealing with partners, examination and certifications handling, Updates on Portal time to time, Already having more than 1400 franchise across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Sapphire/Platinum Franchise/RC/MF/FR Development: Connecting leads, Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and potential franchise/clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions, leads generations.

Franchise Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchise/clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors' activities, and identify areas for business growth.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to meet client requirements.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand the company's presence and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Collaboration:



Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Application, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
