Procurement Executive – Automobile Industry

We are looking for a Procurement Executive with experience in the Automobile Industry.

Position: Procurement Executive
Location: Palakkad
Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
- Prior experience in the Automobile Industry is mandatory.
- Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to identify and develop reliable suppliers.
- Experience in procurement planning, purchase order processing, and inventory coordination.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and procure materials, components, and services as per business requirements.
- Negotiate prices, terms,



and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
