Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to handle customer interactions for international clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Follow client processes, company policies, and quality standards.
- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Neutral or clear accent with strong pronunciation.
- Valuable listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.




- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts or night shifts.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.

- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new processes.
