Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Home Care Advisor to become the face of COMHOM.

Unlike a traditional electrician or plumber, your role is to inspect homes, identify maintenance needs, educate homeowners, coordinate service teams and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.

You will be the trusted advisor for our customers throughout their home maintenance journey.

Key ResponsibilitiesHome Inspection

- Conduct professional Home Health Checks.
- Inspect electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and general maintenance items.
- Identify safety risks and maintenance issues.
- Take inspection photographs.
- Prepare digital inspection reports.

Customer Advisory

- Explain inspection findings in easy language.
- Recommend practical maintenance solutions.
- Help homeowners prioritize repairs.
- Answer customer questions professionally.
- Build long-term customer relationships.

Service Coordination

- Create work orders.
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry teams.
- Schedule technicians.
- Ensure work is completed as planned.
- Perform final quality inspections before closing jobs.

Quality Assurance

- Verify workmanship.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve minor customer concerns.
- Maintain COMHOM service standards.




- Collect customer feedback and Google reviews.

Annual Home Care Plans

- Introduce Annual Home Care Plans to suitable customers.
- Explain benefits without using aggressive sales tactics.
- Assist customers during enrolment.

Daily Responsibilities

- Visit scheduled homes.
- Perform Home Health Checks.
- Prepare digital inspection reports.
- Coordinate repair teams.
- Follow up with customers.
- Update CRM/WhatsApp job records.
- Submit daily activity reports.

Desired SkillsTechnical

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
- Basic plumbing knowledge.
- Understanding of residential construction.
- Knowledge of painting defects.
- Basic carpentry understanding.
- Ability to identify building maintenance issues.

Customer Service

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to explain technical issues simply.

Digital Skills

- Comfortable using smartphones.
- WhatsApp Business.
- Google Maps.

Preferred Qualification





Any one of the following:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- B.Tech (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
- Experienced Construction Site Supervisor
- Experienced Maintenance Supervisor

Experience in residential construction or maintenance is preferred.

Experience

Preferred:
2–5 years in residential construction, maintenance, facilities management or home services.

Fresh diploma engineers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
