The Growth & Operations Manager is responsible for driving the day-to-day operations and long-term growth of 1-to-1 Home Tutors. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, increasing student enrolments, expanding the tutor network, strengthening customer satisfaction, and building scalable systems and processes. Working closely with the CEO, the Growth & Operations Manager will lead cross-functional teams, implement business strategies, monitor performance, and identify current opportunities for expansion across Kerala and, in the near future, across India. This role requires a proactive leader with strong operational, business development, and people management skills who can translate the company's vision into measurable results.
