Job Title: Dental AR Specialist
Experience: 6 Months to 4 Years
Location: Work From Office
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven Dental AR Specialist with hands-on experience in Dental Accounts Receivable calling. The candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding insurance claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform AR calling to insurance companies for claim status and payment follow-up
- Work on denied or rejected claims and take necessary corrective actions
- Analyze EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and identify denial reasons
- Resubmit corrected claims and appeals as required
- Ensure accurate documentation of call notes in billing software
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim corrections and required information
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as per company guidelines
- Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly collection targets

Required Skills:

- Experience in Dental AR Calling is mandatory
- Strong understanding of dental billing procedures and insurance guidelines
- Familiarity with EOBs, denials management, and appeals process
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in night shift
- Basic knowledge of dental practice management software preferred
