Position: Group Manager – U-Trust (Used Car Division)
Department: Used Car Sales (Toyota U-Trust)
Location: Vijayawada
Reports To: SALES GM

Job Summary

The Group Manager – U-Trust is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of Toyota's certified used car business by managing sales operations, vehicle procurement, customer satisfaction, and team performance. The role ensures compliance with Toyota U-Trust standards while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Toyota U-Trust (Used Car) sales team.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual used car sales targets.
- Develop strategies for vehicle sourcing through exchange, direct purchase, and referrals.
- Monitor vehicle evaluation, pricing, refurbishment, and inventory management.
- Ensure Toyota U-Trust certification standards are followed.
- Improve retail sales conversion through effective customer engagement.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Service, and CRM teams.
- Track sales KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
- Recruit, coach, train, and mentor team members.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI) and effective complaint resolution.




- Conduct competitor analysis and implement market-specific initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with dealership and Toyota guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM (Marketing preferred) or Graduate with relevant experience.
- 6–10 years of automobile sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role in Used Car Sales.
- Experience in Toyota U-Trust or any certified used car business is preferred.
