B.L. Tandon & Co. is looking for an experienced Billing Executive to manage billing operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST billing, and e-Invoicing, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices using Tally Prime.
- Generate GST tax invoices and e-Invoices as per statutory requirements.
- Ensure accurate billing and maintain proper records.
- Verify purchase and sales entries in Tally Prime.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams for billing-related activities.
- Maintain billing registers and documentation.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
- Ensure compliance with GST and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing and invoicing.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
- Positive knowledge of GST billing and e-Invoicing.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent preferred.
- Relevant experience in an electrical trading/distribution company will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant billing experience.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
