Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. The selected candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate coordination, and hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.




- Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Robust learning attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month
