Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Networking+ Trainer to join our. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in delivering both theoretical and practical training in networking concepts, with a focus on CompTIA Network+ or similar industry certifications. The trainer will be responsible for educating technical and non-technical students, helping them build a strong foundation in networking fundamentals, and preparing them for industry certifications and job readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging classroom training sessions on Networking+ syllabus.
- Teach both theoretical concepts and hands-on practical labs related to:
- - Network fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP, subnetting)
- Routing and switching
- Network troubleshooting
- Security basics and wireless technologies
- Network tools and utilities
- Familiarity with tools like Packet Tracer, GNS3, Wireshark, etc.

- Prepare training materials, presentations, lab guides, and assignments.




- Customize training methodologies to suit both technical and non-technical learners.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students and assist in their placement readiness (interview skills, resume tips).
- Keep training content up to date with current industry standards and certification changes.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Trainer / Instructor / Teacher in networking or related IT domains.
- Strong grasp of Networking+ (CompTIA Network+ preferred) concepts.
- Experience in conducting hands-on labs with physical and/or simulated network environments.
- Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle diverse student profiles and adapt teaching style accordingly.
- Certifications like CompTIA Network+ / CCNA are an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Previous experience in training at an IT training institute or corporate setting
