Job Title: Blue Collar Recruiter – FMCG, Food Processing & Retail

We are looking for an experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to manage bulk hiring for FMCG, Food Processing, and Retail operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing frontline workforce requirements within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles across FMCG, Food Processing, and Retail.
- Source candidates through job portals, field sourcing, referrals, consultants, and local hiring channels.
- Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closures.
- Organize walk-in drives, mass hiring campaigns, and job fairs.




- Coordinate with operations and HR teams for onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and achieve monthly hiring targets.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Blue Collar Recruitment.
- Prior hiring experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Retail, Manufacturing, or QSR is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring and meet aggressive recruitment timelines.
