We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty In-charge to manage warranty operations at our Authorized Service Centre. The candidate will be responsible for warranty claim processing, documentation, coordination with the OEM, and ensuring timely approval and settlement of warranty claims while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end warranty claim processes, including claim preparation, submission, follow-up, and closure.
- Verify warranty job cards, repair details, parts replacement, labour operations, and supporting documents before claim submission.
- Ensure accurate and timely uploading of warranty claims through OEM warranty portals.
- Coordinate with OEM representatives regarding claim approvals, rejections, queries, and technical clarifications.
- Monitor pending warranty claims and take necessary actions for timely settlement.
- Maintain proper records of warranty claims, rejected claims, pending claims, and claim recovery status.
- Analyze warranty rejection reasons and implement corrective actions to improve claim approval rates.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians,



Spare Parts Department, and Workshop Team for required information and documentation.
- Ensure replaced warranty parts are properly tagged, stored, and managed as per OEM guidelines.
- Prepare warranty performance reports and submit regular updates to management.
- Support warranty audits and ensure compliance with OEM warranty policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile Engineering preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in warranty administration in an Authorized Automobile Service Centre.
- Knowledge of warranty claim procedures, OEM portals, and service centre operations.
- Valuable understanding of vehicle repair processes and technical documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple warranty cases and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
