We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening

candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. You will play a key role in building a

talented and diverse team that supports our company’s growth and success.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment

strategies.

- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee

referrals, and networking events.

- Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural

fit.





- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Manage the offer and negotiation process.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsEducation & Experience:
