KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. QUALITY INSPECTION ACTIVITIES

- Inspect raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
- Monitor production quality as per company standards
- Perform quality checks during fabrication and assembly work
- Identify defects and report quality issues to management
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented properly

2. DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING

- Maintain QC inspection reports and records
- Prepare quality checklists and documentation
- Maintain material inspection and testing records
- Prepare daily and monthly QC reports
- Support audit and compliance documentation activities

3. PROCESS & QUALITY CONTROL

- Monitor production process quality standards
- Ensure proper implementation of quality procedures
- Reduce rejection, rework, and quality-related issues
- Verify dimensions, fittings, and finishing quality
- Ensure compliance with project and customer requirements

4. COORDINATION RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate with Production department for quality improvements
- Coordinate with Stores for material verification
- Coordinate with Project/Site team for inspection activities
- Support management in quality reporting requirements

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Knowledge

- Quality inspection process
- Production and fabrication quality standards
- Material checking and verification




- QC documentation and reporting
- Basic understanding of drawings and measurements

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

- MS Excel mandatory
- MS Word mandatory
- ERP/QC reporting software knowledge preferred

- Experience in fabrication or project-based company preferred
- Knowledge of cleanroom or HVAC products preferred
- Ability to independently handle inspection activities
- Positive coordination and reporting skills

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

The candidate will be expected to:

- Coordinate effectively with departments

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
