We are hiring a B2B Travel Consultant – Vietnam Operations to manage travel operations, create customized itineraries, and handle B2B partner relationships. The role involves coordinating with vendors, managing bookings, and delivering high-quality travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage customized Vietnam tour packages for B2B clients
- Handle queries, prepare quotations, and manage bookings efficiently
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local vendors
- Negotiate rates to ensure cost-effective travel packages
- Maintain strong relationships with travel agents and partners
- Ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings
- Should have experience with MICE and GIT.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B travel operations
- Good knowledge of Vietnam destinations, hotels, and activities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills




- Ability to handle clients and work under pressure
- Good organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in handling international destinations
- Prior experience with Vietnam packages will be an advantage
