Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional who is more than just a recruiter—someone who thinks like an entrepreneur and is ready to become a Partner / Working Partner in building a successful recruitment business.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of recruitment operations while contributing to business development, client acquisition, strategic planning, and overall company growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, hiring managers, and clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire recruitment clients.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to successful placement.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and clients.
- Negotiate recruitment agreements, commercial terms, and placement fees.
- Identify market trends, hiring demands, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate on business strategies, expansion plans, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines, client databases, and recruitment reports.
- Represent Walk In HR professionally in networking events, business meetings, and client interactions.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
- Good understanding of IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency.
- Existing network of employers, HR professionals, or business contacts.
- Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Leadership or team management experience is an added advantage.
