We are looking for a talented Meta Ads Specialist to drive lead generation and brand awareness through high-performing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and performance-oriented Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance marketing, with the ability to generate quality leads while maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Develop lead generation campaigns to increase patient appointments and clinic inquiries.
- Conduct audience research and create custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, and creatives.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences.
- Track campaign performance using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, and UTM parameters.
- Collaborate with the graphic design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends.




- Optimize campaigns to improve Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with clinic operations and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other creative tools.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets.
