This role focuses on managing incoming/outgoing traffic, emergency codes, and patient communication.

- Emergency Response: Respond to and process urgent "Code" situations (Code Blue, Fire, etc.) by notifying appropriate medical teams via intercom, radio, or paging systems.
- Call Routing: Operate hospital telephone switchboards, connecting internal and external calls, and managing patient/staff directory inquiries.
- Communication Device Management: Manage bleep systems and pagers for doctors and nurses.
- Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments.
- Inquiries & Support: Provide information about health packages, doctor availability, and department locations.
- Patient Follow-ups: Conduct post-appointment feedback calls and follow-ups on service satisfaction

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
