Education : BSC (or) MSC Food Science Technology
Experience : Minimum 8years in FOOD INDUSTRY (&) Expert in PRODUCTION & QUALITY is must.

____________________________________________________________________________________________ (1)Oversee manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and safety operations for entire plant.

(2)Plan and adjust daily/weekly manufacturing schedules to meet market demand and dispatch targets.

(3)Lead efforts to maintain a zero-injury workplace by ensuring protected work conditions and compliance with regulations.

(4)Ensure product quality, legal compliance, and food safety by providing leadership and resources for continuous improvement.

(5)Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as FSSAI, ISO 22000,



and HACCP protocols.(6)Conduct regular checks on raw materials and finished goods to ensure consistent taste, texture, and packaging integrity.

(7)Support the front-line team with necessary tools and resources for operational success and operational discipline.

(8)Extend production capabilities to meet market demands and support product growth.

(9)Coordinate with procurement and store departments for the timely availability of ingredients and packaging materials.

(10)Monitor variance in material consumption and implement continuous improvement strategies to cut production costs.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
