About the Role

Rafiki Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing engaging learning solutions and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create high-quality educational content.

This is a Hybrid role based in Noida Sector 16. Work From Home (WFH) applicants will not be considered. Candidates from the Delhi NCR region are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop engaging instructional content and learning solutions.
- Create storyboards, scripts, learning modules, and assessments.
- Collaborate with SMEs and internal teams to develop learner-centric content.
- Apply instructional design principles to improve learner engagement and outcomes.
- Review and revise learning materials based on stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure content quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery.
- Support the development of digital learning and eLearning content where required.

Required Skills





- 1–3 years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent content writing and editing abilities.
- Good understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in eLearning or EdTech projects.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and authoring tools is an added advantage.
- Experience working with K–12 or Higher Education content is preferred.
