- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless interoperability between software modules.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance to meet quality standards.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
