As a Sales Associate at Global EDu Crew, you will be the primary point of contact for delegates attending our flagship education events worldwide. You will drive delegate acquisition, manage end-to-end sales pipelines, and ensure every participant has a seamless experience from first contact to event day.
Key responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and convert prospective delegates for Global EDu Crew flagship events through outbound outreach, inbound leads.
Manage and maintain a healthy delegate sales pipeline using CRM tools, track all interactions and follow-ups diligently.
Present event value propositions clearly to professionals, institutions, and organisations across geographies.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly delegate registration targets set by the sales manager.
Coordinate with the events operations team to ensure smooth delegate onboarding, communication, and pre-event logistics.
Handle delegate queries, objections, and escalations professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat engagement.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and weekly pipeline reports to the sales leadership team.
