Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics or Communications (Minimum 65% marks required)

Key Responsibilities

- Product Design: Lead the design of electronic systems, subsystems, cards, and assemblies.
- Circuit Design: Perform hands-on analog and digital circuit design involving components such as Operational Amplifiers, Transistors, Micro-controllers, and FPGAs.
- Sensor Integration: Integrate various types of sensors using analog and digital interfaces (RS232/422/485, ADC, etc.) to custom or COTS hardware.
- Client Solutions: Understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions to meet those needs.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive Design, Manufacturing, and Repair documentation covering functional, technical, and design aspects.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including PCB designers, mechanical engineers, firmware engineers, sourcing teams, and testers.
- Prototyping & Testing: Oversee the development and fabrication of prototypes. Develop test jigs and fixtures for the designed products.
- Project Estimation:



Prepare accurate effort and cost estimates for design projects.

Candidate Profile & Essential Requirements

- Core Expertise: Must possess 4 to 10 years of solid experience in Analog and Digital Circuit design (Micro-controllers, Op-Amps, switches, transistors, transformers, FPGAs, etc.).
- Target Industry Experience: Candidates must have experience working in an electronics product industry, specifically within Defence, Telecom, or Railway Electronics/Signaling.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to the company's R&D; center in Mohali.

Strict Exclusions (Please Note)

Candidates with the following backgrounds will NOT be considered for this role:

- Profiles purely focused on Schematic entry or PCB design.
- Profiles purely focused on VHDL, Verilog, or Chip Design.
- Candidates coming from the Automotive, Consumer Durables, or Contract Manufacturing industries.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
