Job Summary

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) – F&B; is responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests by providing personalized service, handling guest feedback, coordinating with restaurant operations, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The GRE acts as the primary point of contact for guests and ensures their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special arrangements promptly.
- Manage guest feedback and complaints effectively and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the restaurant, kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain guest profiles and preferences for personalized service.
- Assist in table reservations, seating arrangements, and special occasions.
- Conduct regular guest satisfaction checks during service.
- Promote restaurant offers, special menus, and hotel facilities.
- Ensure adherence to hotel service standards and guest relation procedures.
- Support banquet, buffet, and special event operations when required.




- Maintain proper grooming, etiquette, and qualified appearance at all times.
- Prepare guest feedback reports and share observations with management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Food & Beverage Service.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and guest-handling skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
