1. Oversee daily plant operations of the manufacturing plant.
2. Develop and implement production schedules.
3. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
4. Manage plant budget and optimize resource allocation.
5. Maintain quality control standards.
6. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors and employees.
7. Identify and execute process improvement initiatives.
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
10. Address operational issues and troubleshoot any problems that arise.

11. Ensure full manpower in plant.

Experience field

1. Proven experience in plant & Factory operations.

2. Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing plant.

3. Main focus is quality control

Skills required

1. Positive communication skills required (Hindi & English)

2.Familer with Google Sheets(MS Office)

3.Production management, Quality control, Team leadership, Resource allocation.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
