Freelance HR Recruiter - 100% Remote
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Recruitment (Mandatory)
Payout: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 per Successful Joining

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates as per hiring requirements.
- Share a minimum of 3–4 quality profiles every day.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
- Follow up with candidates until successful joining.
- Ensure timely closures for assigned positions.

Eligibility

- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
- Must have your own candidate database and sourcing channels.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily hiring targets.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
