support for the company's corporate governance and compliance functions. The Company Secretary will be responsible for managing the company's legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations, ensuring the organization adheres to statutory requirements.
Robust understanding of corporate law, governance practices, and compliance regulations, financial regulations and compliance (for listed companies as well). Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, administrave , and me-management skills. Should have knowledge of FEMA, Investment, Accounting and Management.
Regulatory Compliance - Ensure compliance with financial regulations for warrants, IPOs, preferential allotments, etc. Filing of company annual documents with ROC or any other regulatory body.
Maintenance of various statutory registers of the company.
Documenta on Management - Oversee end-to-end documenta on process, including creation, review and validation.
Due diligence - Conduct thorough due diligence, verify accuracy, and ensure required approvals. Coordination - Collaborate with internal teams, legal and clients to facilitate smooth processes. Record keeping - Maintain organized documentation records for audits and reviews. Reporting: Prepare compliance reports for management detailing activities and risks.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Experience:
- corporate law, governance practice and compliance : 2 years (Preferred)
- Listed Company: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Company Secretary (Preferred)
