Advance Agrolife Limited is looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – ERP/SAP to manage and support our ERP/SAP systems and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day ERP/SAP operations and provide functional support across Accounts, HR, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production, Quality, and Dispatch.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance ERP/SAP modules while coordinating with vendors for system improvements.
- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, process automation, and business process integration.
- Ensure data accuracy, ERP security, user access management, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Conduct user training, prepare SOPs,



and support cross-functional teams in ERP adoption.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, MCA, B.Tech, or equivalent (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in ERP/SAP implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP modules (Finance, HR, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Production, Payroll, etc.).
- Experience with SAP ERP, ERPNext, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle ERP.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced MS Excel, and Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the Agrochemical, Chemical, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
